Educational Sessions & Weekend Intensive Workshops

To give Middle America Talent the same opportunities as those in the Major Market Cities, we bring in top acting coaches, agents, managers, and casting directors to see the best we have to offer.

Please remember these sessions are learning and educational opportunities only,

they are not an audition or employment opportunity.

We have been advising talent since 2006. Bringing in top industry guests to meet  talent with great results: Talent placed with top major market agents and managers.

Please note the educational session fees are non-refundable. If you have paid for a session you cannot attend we will credit you for a future session. Please also note that the last minute nature of this industry can cause a schedule to change on the part of our guest. If a date is rescheduled you will be automatically transferred to the new date. If that does not work with your schedule your fee will be applied to a future session of equal value and that works with your schedule

Each session lasts 3-4 hours. Typically there will be 20-30 attendees. Talent will be assigned sides (A few pages of script from a television show or film) ahead of time to work on. They will perform the sides with a reader. The guest will then give feedback. Guests will also work with talent on various auditioning and/or acting techniques.

Everyone will get to watch everyone else work. This is one of the biggest benefits of the educational session. The guest will also conduct a Q&A period where you and parents of talent can ask questions about the industry. Guest will fill out an evaluation form for each attendee and that will be sent to you within 2 weeks of attending the session.

Weekend Intensives are acting classes structured over two days. 3 hours in morning with hour break for lunch(not provided) and 3 hours in the afternoon.  The coaches will be teaching their particular technique.

Q & A session will happen at the end of the weekend.

Educational sessions are filled on a first pay, first serve basis. If a session is full you will be put on a waiting list and contacted if a spot opens up.

These sessions are not auditions, we have had some of our talent signed by our agent and manager guests. These sessions, however, should be considered a learning and educational opportunities only, they are not an audition or employment opportunity.

If you have an industry guest you would like to have conduct an educational session in your region email admin@educationaltoursandtraining.com and let us know. We will do our best to schedule them in your region.
